15-day returns
You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged items in original condition.
Non-returnable
- Custom or made-to-order pieces noted as final sale
- Items showing wear, damage, or missing petals/beads
- Sale items marked final sale
How to start a return
Email hello@beads.example.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
